Terms of Service

1. Your account

Keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account. Accounts are for one person; don't share your login or course access. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

2. Digital courses and resources

When you buy a course such as Pitch Design “U”, or unlock a free resource such as the Pitch Grip Database, you get a personal, non-transferable license to view it for your own development or coaching. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as we offer the course.

You may not copy, download (except files we provide for download), share, resell, publicly post, or re-teach our videos, PDFs or other materials as your own. All content remains the property of Pitching Coach “U” LLC.

3. Payments, pricing and discounts

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Discount codes have the terms shown when they're issued (such as an end date or usage limit), can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may change prices for future purchases; a price change never affects something you've already bought.

4. Refunds

Digital courses: because you get immediate access to all course content, course purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If something is wrong with your purchase or access, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

2-Day Pitchers Masterclass: Masterclass registrations are non-refundable.

Training: fees, scheduling and cancellations for in-person and remote training are covered by the plan you agree to with your coach.

If a purchase is refunded, access to the course or program ends.

5. Training, assessments and the Masterclass

Pitching, throwing, strength training, sprinting, jumping and other athletic activities carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in an assessment, training session, the Masterclass, or following any program we provide, you (or your parent or guardian, if you're under 18) acknowledge those risks and agree that you participate voluntarily.

Tell your coach about any injury, pain, or medical condition before training, and stop and seek medical attention if you feel pain. Athletes should have a physician's clearance for athletic activity.

6. Not medical advice

Our content, programs and coaching are for educational and athletic development purposes. They are not medical advice and don't replace advice from a physician, physical therapist, or other qualified professional. Results such as velocity gains vary from athlete to athlete and aren't guaranteed.

7. Affiliate program

• Affiliates earn a commission (currently 25%) on eligible course sales made through their link within 30 days of the click. Commissions are calculated on the amount the customer actually paid.
• Purchases you make yourself don't earn a commission, and refunded sales don't earn a commission.
• Commissions are paid manually by the payout method you choose (Venmo, Zelle or check). You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings; we may ask for tax information before paying.
• Don't use spam, misleading claims, or paid ads that bid on our brand name. We may remove affiliates who break these rules and withhold commissions earned through them.
• We may change or end the affiliate program at any time; commissions already earned will still be paid.

8. Emails

When you sign up for a free resource or the newsletter, you agree to receive The Mound Visit and related emails. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email. We'll still send emails about your purchases and account.

9. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to access other people's accounts or paid content without buying it, interfering with the site's operation, scraping our content, or using the site for anything unlawful.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and our content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these terms, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply to purchases and use after that date.
